Ready Workforce is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Shot Firer for a FIFO position - Perth to the sunny Pilbara. This position will offer the right applicant the opportunity to gain more valuable experience and the chance to cap off your CV by working with a BIG name company.

This position will see you performing such duties as:
* Checking the blasting area
* Insertion of detonators & charges into holes
* Connecting & testing blasting circuits
* Firing of charges and managing a Blast Crew
* Inspecting detonators to ensure all have detonated
* Reviewing site safety

A sound understanding of OH&S is crucial and you must possess a high regard for safety in your daily work. You will also be required to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and a Drug & Alcohol Screen.
Successful candidates will also have the following:

Min. Requirements: Current C Class (Manual) Licence

Current Shot Firer's Ticket

Dangerous Goods Licence

Dangerous Goods Security Card
