Job Description As the Marketing Operations specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and executing all marketing activities that impact directly on the customer base. Reporting into the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be given a large level of autonomy to liaise with the various sales and customer service channels to ensure that your activities are relevant and specific to targeted customer base. Analysis of campaigns, practicality of operational standards and reporting on profitability will also be area's you will be asked to deliver on. You day to day activities will include, DM focused campaigns, market analysis, delivering copy for relevant collateral and assessing response rates to campaigns. The Successful Applicant To be considered for this role, our client is looking for candidates who can illustrate the following: - Tertiary degree in business/marketing
- Strong track record of implementing campaigns, project scheduling, monitoring and evaluating of activities
- Strong internal and external communication experience, both in written and verbal form
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to varying situations and managing various projects at any given time
- Strong team based work ethic but someone who is also not afraid to work autonomously and unsupervised at times
