OTM Frontline Engagement Manager

If you are an experienced campaign coordinator with a background driving material through frontline channels, then consider this position with our thriving marketing division. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Strategy and Retention teams to build on the strength of our outbound telemarketing success.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Direct and Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for the successful execution of Outbound Telemarketing Marketing (OTM) direct marketing campaigns as well as the development and maintenance of the CRM campaign closed loop process. With a view to the acquisition and retention of valuable customers, this is a position which will see you driving strategy, continuous improvement, and the maximisation of customer value.

Substantial experience in direct marketing and telemarketing, gained in the financial services industry or similar, will be essential. Need to demonstrate marketing and frontline experience and excellent stakeholder management skills. In-depth technical knowledge of predictive diallers and scripting capabilities will be crucial.
