This initial 3 month contract is liable to run on and on.

The role.

• Responsible for contributing to sequencing plan via resource plan & allocation model
• Manages resource contentions and helps projects & resource teams look for viable solutions
• Manages the end-to-end resource forecasting, supply and load balancing mechanism
• Maintain resource plans in conjunction with project delivery functions, in line with resource management guidelines
• Work with IT Vendor Management Office and delivery teams to ensure supply meets current demand
• Maintain the enterprise project resource pool (rates, type, RBS etc)
• Ensures that all participants in the resourcing process are playing by the rules
• Accountable to the IT PCB/EPGB for effectively managing the end-to-end IT project resourcing capability
• Helps projects to forecast and manage resources according to allocation framework
• Conducts the actual resource allocation across all projects in the portfolio
• Maintain resource plans in conjunction with project delivery functions, in line with resource management guidelines
• Work with IT Vendor Management Office and delivery teams to ensure supply meets current demand
• Maintain the enterprise project resource pool (rates, type, RBS etc)
• Ensuring that resource allocation is coordinated effectively, carried out with integrity and in line with policy
• Accountable to the IT PCB/EPGB (and Business Units) for ensuring that Projects get the resources they need
