Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation is looking for multiple Senior Business Analyst to work in a key project involving implementation of a new centralised model. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Analyse the existing Insurance business model. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract business requirements, understand current challenges and identify potential project or execution risks. Recommend solutions that meet business requirements while maximising the benefits of implementing a new model. Conduct workshops and focus interviews. Design new or re-engineered business processes to meet the needs of Insurance under the new model. Collaborate with business ,technology ,supplier and customer groups to analyse, validate, document and communicate business requirements and solution design.
Your skills and experience across the following will ensure success in this opportunity: 5 years+ Business Analysis experience Working knowledge of Insurance business models Strong process re-engineering background Previous experience with Contact Centres highly regarded. Exposure/some experience with project management tools and techniques is beneficial.
