Key Objectives and Responsibilities will include:

To ensure that the IT deliverables for all allocated projects are completed on time, within budget and to an agreed scope within the organizational unified program framework and deliver the required business benefit.

Key requirements of the position

• Prince II certification (Required)
• 7+ years IT project Management experience across a variety of projects. Specific Project Management experience must include project planning, scheduling and budgets, quality planning, risk management, change management, communications management and reporting
• 5+ years experience in managing project teams, including resource selection, development and motivation
• At least 3 years RECENT experience in application development or enhancement deliveries, in a hands on working environment
• Previous experience working with Kenan Arbor (Billing System) is highly desirable
• Solid experience in managing 3^rd Party Vendors or Service Providers.
• Prior experience in customer facing systems preferred
• Prior experience in billing systems
• Good understanding of Prince II frameworks. Prince II Practitioner or PMP would be advantageous
