The role will involve: * Working with their existing team of engineers on customer facing projects. * Assisting the sales team with technical queries. * Designing and installing customer IP-PBX and VoIP solutions. * Obtaining and maintaining required vendor certifications. The success candidate will be able to demonstrate: * Experience with Nortel, Avaya or Siemens systems. * 5+ years in a hands on design, implementation, install role. * Excellent understanding of IP networking (routing and switching). * IP Telephony and VoIP deployment experience. * Possession of excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
