We are sending out a message to one and all... If you have solid helpdesk/desktop support skills and fit the mold, then we have a contract position for you! Based in the Perth CBD, this 6 month contract opportunity is for a corporate client, and is paying competitive market rates.
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in providing helpdesk and desktop support within a corporate office, supporting Windows XP and Office 2003/07. In addition, you must have hands-on experience with providing hardware support for common computer peripherals and mobile phones/blackberrys, as well as some Active Directory user account administration skills/experience.
In this client-facing position, you must have excellent presentation and communication skills, be friendly and approachable, and take ownership of your work.
