You will be reporting to the Senior Voice Technician responsible for massive enterprise consisting of 600 staff with a budget of $120 million. Managing IP telephony and fibre optic voice high speed network, with infrastructure of 1,500 key business applications used by circa 40,000 individuals.

The successful candidate will possess:

         CCVP is a must

         At least 3 years Network Voice experience

         Demonstrated ability to provide second level voice system support

         Capacity to achieve service levels and meet customer expectations

         Demonstrated knowledge of PABX, telephone configuration, programming and/or IP phone systems

         Exposure to large data-storage environments

          Demonstrated ability managing fiber-optic networks

Previous Telco experience and Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) would be beneficial.
