One of Australia's most highly regarded employers in the banking industry is looking for Service Desk Support Analysts. Responsibilities: - First Level Service Desk - answer inbound phone calls.
- Provide timely problem resolution for key bank applications
- Provide superior customer service
- Diagnose customers issue and follow set problem resolution processes.
Successful candidates will possess: - Strong problem solving skills.
- Experience with an incident management recording tool.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Mainframe operations.
- Previous experience working for a first level Service Desk or Call Centre experience.
- Previous experience with a Financial Institution advantageous.
