Can you start ASAP? Excellent opportunity for a 3 month contract working at this prestigious organisation in the city. As a call logger/ help desk consultant you will be required to log incidents occurring within the organisation throughout Australia.
Please note you must be available to interview and start immediately.
Core duties
- Incident logging over the phone and via email.
- Escalation and ownership of incidents.
- Provide basic / level 1 support of IT systems
Qualities you will posses
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft and general IT skills/ knowledge
- Experience working in call centre or help desk environments
- HP OVSD, or previous experience using call logging software
- Understanding corporate environments and strong customer service skills.
