With current specialisations in HR and financial business process implementation, re-engineering and change, they are also building their offering in other areas such as strategy, project management and market analysis. This means that while a strength in business process re-engineering is ideal, you will be able to broaden your skills if you demonstrate the ability and desire to do so - they will also look at people with skills outside the current specialisations.
Currently they are busy so you must have a track record of executing complex briefs for significant clients. You must be able to turn pressure into performance and for your level your project management, communication and analytical skills must be first class. You must also be able to stand face-to-face with clients and impress.
