If you are an experienced Site manager with a minimum of 10 years experience in construction and at least 5 years experience with a commercial builder and you are wanting to work with a multi disciplinary construction company and you posess the following then read on: - Trade qualified
- Exposure to high dollar projects
- Proven track record of driving jobs from start to completion
- Good communication skills in conjunction with a positive attitude
- Strong understanding of construction trade
In addition you will be required to: - Read, understand and interpret technical documents
- Inspect work for approval (concrete pours, reinforcing, formwork etc)
- Check subcontract work method statements
- Review subcontract agrements
- Order materials
- Prepare defect lists
