My client has a reputation as a trusted expert and leader in the area of contracting services and this has seen them sky rocket to a Tier 1 contractor turning over 2.0b bil per year.
For you to be successful in securing this position, you will have between 3-6 years experience as a Foreman, and also have a trade qualification.
Your responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management
Liaison with clients, architects, engineers and sub-contractors
Managing and overseeing subcontractors for quality, safety, technical & environmental compliances
Approving progress claims and variations
Maintaining construction schedules
Monitoring site access, and safety control
Ideally you will have:
Trade qualifications
Strong building industry experience in previous roles as such as foreman, site manager or senior site supervisor
Commercial, industrial and retail experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Technical and industry knowledge
