Due to continued expansion they now require the services of an experienced Project Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager the main duties and responsibilities are as follows:-

• The delivery of projects in line with project documentation, considering quality and safety requirements
• Overall control of the project, on and off site, within time, quality, cost parameters and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects are in on time, within budget, and completed to the very highest standards
• Supervise Site Managers and Site Coordinators

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:-

• Experience with project values of at least $20 million
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills
• Experience in bid writing for fitout work would be advantageous
• Proven experience in the Melbourne market working with a mid tier builder
