Are you customer focused and interested in working as a frontline team member for an innovative client?

Our client based at Albert Park is an Australian owned company looking for a frontline customer service representative; the successful candidate will take orders via phone, provide quoting, warranty information, product information and document orders to specification for dispatch.

Critical to securing this role, you will have:

  • Previous telephone customer service experience with excellent phone manner
  • Ability to document quality information into in-house database system
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Dedication to learning technical aspects of the business
  • Demonstrated work ethic
  • The ability to provide information with speed, accuracy and consistency
  • The capability to make on the spot decisions
  • Willingness to learn
