Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator - Liquor North Sydney Our Client This international leader in the alcoholic beverage industry has a an excellent portfolio of brands that are performing in all sectors they are in. Due to rapid business expansion here in Australia the business has a requirement to add an additional employee to their supply chain team. The Role Based in North Sydney and reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director you will work closely with the domestic operational team and those of the key countries that you will support on a daily basis. The Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service and coordinating the efficient and timely delivery of customer orders. This is a support role to the Supply Chain team with your key focus areas including Customer Service, Analytics and Inventory Control for Australasia, North and Southeast Asia and India. This role may evolve into one where you can be supported by additional resources so the potential to manage people should be considered attractive. As an intermediary between many departments you should be balanced, calm and able to resolve conflict easily. The Successful Candidate will be rewarded with: - A Base Salary of $60K + Super

Experience Required To be suitable for this role you will have had to have a solid background in customer service and inventory management with an understanding of supply chain processes. You possess a proven track record in the FMCG space with alcohol or beverages being highly desired. Relevant qualifications will be highly regarded however experience with SAP, Excel and other ERP systems is essential. You demonstrate an extremely high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills and good organisational skills. The ability to prioritise, multitask, foresee and overcome potential issues will ensure your success in this application.
