A leading National company providing business product solutions in Mulgrave is seeking to expand its Inbound Customer Service Call Centre team. Several ongoing casual roles are available commencing throughout September with the possibility of permancy for candidates who are high performers. Based within the Mulgrave area, you will be working within a vibrant call centre environment where you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidates will need to be available to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 8am - Monday to Friday, 8am - 7-8pm (depending on daylight savings). You will also have excellent communication skills. Previous call centre experience is essential, role requirements include but are not limited to: - Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional manner
- Build effective rapport enabling sales opportunities
- Provide accurate and informative assistance
