The Customer Service Consultant provides a quality and cost effective service to the Client's customers through the processing of enquiries relating to a range of products and services or the recording of complex product and service orders or faults. Duties & Responsibilities: - Processing customer requests
- Refer customer enquiries to appropriate area
- check and maintain customer information in accordance with contracts and prescribed instructions
- Meet all customer service standards and prescribed instructions
- Ensure all system-generated reports are actioned as required
To be successful you will need: - Permanent residency or Citizenship
- Intermediate MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills - clear spoken English is essential
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork
